Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from an agreement without giving a reason within 30 days.

The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you or your representative (but not the carrier) physically receive the goods.

If you have ordered multiple items in one order and we cannot deliver them at the same time, the withdrawal period starts when you or your representative (but not the carrier) receive the last item in physical possession.

If the deadline expires on a Saturday, public holiday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following business day.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

When returning a product, you must notify us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

You can use the standard withdrawal form provided by the law (https://www.emaerket.dk/external-files/pdf/standardfortrydelsesformular.pdf), but it is not mandatory.

The withdrawal period is considered to be observed if you send a notice of withdrawal within the withdrawal period (30 days).

Returning the Product and Return Costs

If you have withdrawn from the purchase of a product, you must return it to Ingrid Marievej 35, 5th floor tv, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 14-day period expires.
Goods cannot be sent by cash-on-delivery or without delivery.

You must bear the cost of returning the goods.

Refund of Money Upon Withdrawal

When you withdraw from a purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including any delivery costs.

We will make the refund without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date we receive notice of your withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided documentation that the goods have been returned.

We will process such a refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

Examination of the Product and Packaging

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling the product in any way other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

You may examine the product in the same way as you would in a physical store, but you must not put the product into use.

If you have used the product in a way that is not allowed or possible in a physical store and it cannot be resold or resold at full price, we will deduct the depreciation in value from the amount you are entitled to receive back.

If the product no longer has any commercial value, we will not refund the purchase price.

You must return the product in its original packaging.

You should also ensure that the product is securely packaged when you return it.

You bear the risk of the package/goods until we receive it. Therefore, keep the postal receipt, including information on shipping costs and any tracking number.

Complaints

If you purchase a product and it has a defect, such as a material or manufacturing defect, the rules of the Sale of Goods Act apply.

A customer who wishes to assert defects in an ordered product must contact By.Sturm as soon as possible after the defect is discovered using the contact information provided on the website. When returning a product, please provide as detailed information as possible in your email about the problem, and you may also attach pictures of both the packaging and the content.

You have a 24-month warranty, provided you complain within a reasonable time (within 2 months after you have discovered the defect or deficiency).

If the complaint is justified, and the defect cannot be remedied without returning the product, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs.

Please remember that the product must always be returned in proper packaging and you must get a receipt for shipment. Keep the postal receipt, including information about shipping costs and any tracking and trace number.

Privacy Policy

We understand and respect the importance of privacy on the internet. We will not disclose information about customers/users to third parties unless necessary to complete a transaction. We will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card, or personal data to any third party without your prior permission.

A complaint about a product or service purchased from us can be submitted to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg. You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via Forbrug.dk.
